Bowling has been an enormous part of my life ever since middle school. I first picked up a bowling ball in sixth grade, and could never have envisioned how much it would change my life. Throughout high school, I worked two jobs, maintained a 3.8 GPA, and bowled every day. It was a huge challenge, but what I learned on the lanes I could never replace. Junior year I won regionals and that feeling of immense and pure happiness is something I will always correlate to bowling. Bowling taught me what time management, sacrifice, joy, and true friendship meant, and I am so thankful it has played such a huge role in my life.
